Very poor customer service. Initially, the service was great. However, the auto renewal of the contract was not made clear. Money was taken from my account without notice, and the renewable price was 3.2x the previous year. Even after returning the previously unstated rental equipment, I have now had to take legal action to recover my money

Unfortunately our initial experience with the system is not positive. The lifeline system was incorrectly setup and linked to the wrong customer records, this was picked up and amended in the testing phase. The following day the pendant was pressed in an emergency situation but there was no response from Lifeline and no family members were contacted, it found that the system had reverted to to the incorrect customer. The client fortunately managed to crawl to phone a family member and an ambulance was called and she was taken into hospital. Lifeline have assured us all records have been amended and on testing the box it does now appear to be working as it should.

The fall alarm and service itself is excellent but be aware that if you pay for a year upfront and no longer need the equipment you do not get any kind of rebate for the months unused. My father went into a care home in December and despite me having paid for a year in August there was no refund. Not only that but today, having not yet returned the equipment, I received a demand for £210 for ‘lost equipment’. I called to complain that perhaps a reminder to return the equipment would be more in keeping with the ‘care’ ethos. A disappointing and upsetting end to our relationship and unfortunately would mean I would not recommend to friends and family.

I am very pleased with this service the assurance it gives me is just great I found out this just a few nights ago when I had to in the middle go to the toilet, on leaping back to bed I must have inadvertently trigger of my device Just amazing l was pleased about that However after wearing the necklace for some time I realised that I do not need Wrist device as well,is it now possible to cancel and return it Your very pleased customer Arthur I Gardner

Fantastic service and easy to set up. My mum feels a lot safer now she has her personal alarm. Her family are happy knowing she is just the press of a button away from getting help if there is a problem. Its very reassuring.

Was recommended to this type of personal alarm system by a friend of my wife who works for the NHS adter my mum had a recent fall, and after speaking with James at Lifeline who was very helpful decided this was what she needed. The set up was very easy and the 3 test calls were answered within 30 seconds which gave us peace of mind. Hopefully she won't need to use it buy we know there's someone there if she does

All the way through the set up your folk were on immediate relpy as to how to deal with a few local quirks. Unfortunately I did drop our handset which set of a very prompt check on our welfare--- luckily ok but very impressive service.

So far I am pleased with it. My mother is still in hospital, so we are not using it yet. But have done a test and we are pleased. I could have got the same deal for £50 cheaper on line for the same deal. But I was given a £15 M&S voucher, so not too bad really.
