I am well pleased with the performance and cost of my new lifeline (approximately 50 o/o cheaper than a similar device provided by my local council) after a slight installation hiccup a replacement unit was provided by return post, cannot fault the service.

Having had good experience of Lifeline 24 with my mother in law I had no hesitation in getting my 92 year old father to finally place an order which was very easy online. Gives great comfort to know there is 24/7 support for my parents.

My Mother whom is 84 had a fall recently which we were not aware of for 3 hours. This has now given myself and my sister peace of mind that you are there 24/7 if she is in need.

It gives me great peace of mind having this device and also enables me to safely keep my independence but also reassuring that help is only a touch of a button away. Also found the company polite and helpful when ever i have spoke to them and answer quickly

Bought fot my mum. Very pleased. Easy to set up. Staff on the helpline very friendly helpful and polite. Whole system is very easy to use and gives me peace of mind that my mum is safe when im not there.

Only a few days after instaling the alarm I had cause to use it and I couldn't be happier with the service, my family were quickly notified and an ambulance was called. It gives me great piece of mind.

Cable not working waiting for replacement( 4 days) still not here phoned and said new one will be here Friday Paying for something we can’t use

Dear Ms Smith, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that one of the cable you have received is causing interference on the line. Although this is by far not ideal, the alarm is still usable and can be activated should you have an emergency. I have checked our records and can see that you have spoken with our emergency call handler who has requested for the replacement cable to be sent to you right away by post, we are sorry to have learnt that it had not reached you. Your daughter has been in touch with our customer services team and has advised us that the cable had not arrived, we have arranged for another set of cables to be sent out to you immediately, these should reach you by Friday at the very latest. Please do accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused. In the meantime, if you would like to discuss this or we can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. I recently decided to join Lifeline and as a silver surfer I was very impressed at the ease I was able to do this, the instructions on the video very easy to follow and I received all the equipment very promptly once again very simple and easy to follow instructions all went well and I was quickly up and running thank you I now have the peace of mind I wanted

Ordered rapidly and arrived quickly. Wrong item received but quickly rectified luckily. Once set up the service has been very good and the staff are polite and speak clearly so they are very easy to understand. Peace of mind for the family and mum.

Lifeline 24 have been excellent in their response every time my 93 year old mother has needed assistance. This is an excellent service giving peace of mind not only to my mother but also for myself as my mother is never entirely on her own and feels very reassured that a constant 24 hour assistance is always at hand. I would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone.

Was very impressed from start to finish. Everything was upfront and easy to understand. Delivery next day was excellent, I thought it may be complicated to set up, so put it off for 24 hours. I needn’t have worried it went very well and everything went as it should with no interruptions to phone or broadband. Very easy and very successful, and the call center were very helpful. Well done everybody!

It is certainly security knowing I have a lifeline as I fell in the garden twice before I purchased it. I have no other experience as yet, I have only had it about two weeks.
