“This was my daughter's idea as I had recently had a fall and unable to get to the phone to call her. It will give her peace of mind I am being looked after. Very quick and easy to install and delivered the next day as promised.”

“Delivery was prompt and installing the alarm was simple following the clear instructions. Setting up the alarm was quite straight forward by pressing the alarm and talking with the contact centre. It was also reassuring that they answered the alarm so quickly.”

“The alarm was purchased for my 50 year old son David who has been a Type 1 Diabetic for 43 years and he has suffered a couple of strokes which has affected his memory etc. and he lives on his own. The alarm has given me, his mother a great deal of security knowing that if he should fall as his mobility is not too good since his strokes, or he should feel unwell he has at least got a contact at this very difficult time for us all.”

“Once the decision was made and I made initial enquiries I was helped all the way through the process by very friendly staff.....equipment arrived next day ...fitted and working and tested within 20 minutes ...excellent service.”

“Very pleased with everything so far. Only disadvantage so far is the buzzing noise in the background on the landline when the other person is talking. Assume it is interference from the radio waves.”
