“I ordered this for my Mother-In-Law, we live in Wilts she live sin Renfrewshire. I arranged to get it delivered to my brother-in-law so he could set it up. It all went very well and every one is happy.”

“Having previously used this service for my Mother I was very impressed with the whole process and the efficiency & friendliness of the phone operators, it was therefore an easy choice to subscribe once more when I needed to arrange similar for my Aunt. The equipment is good quality and so easy to set up. The whole process & service is highly recommended.”

“Very impressive on all fronts! Customer service is outstanding, the alarm arrived on time and was very easy to set up. The staff are extremely helpful, knowledgable and professional. The response to the alarm is extremely quick and the person on the end of the phone is always so helpful. I highly recommend Lifeline 24.”

“I'd put off having a personal alarm system for ages, but I was persuaded to go for Lifeline 24 when I became ill. One of my sons arranged for me to have Lifeline24 and the kit arrived the following day! I found it easier than I'd imagined to set it up and testing was So easy. I feel more confident now and I know my family have peace of mind, which is important too.”

“Received the lifeline alarm the following day after ordering. Completion of the relevant information required was straight forward. I installed the alarm after Lifeline informed me that they had received all my contact details. Installation was very simple and the alarm was up and working in 10 - 15 minutes. Very happy with the service I have received from Lifeline and would not hesitate to recommend them.”
