“Very quick and easy to sign up. The equipment arrived the next day and was easy to set up. The instructions are very clear and testing was easy. I’m happy that I could get this installed in such a quick timeframe.”

“I purchased the vibby fall detector for my elderly mother which has now given her and myself peace of mind just in case she falls. Setting up was really easy, and the response time is extremely quick, having tested it at least 3 times this week.”

“It has given peace of mind for my Mum. She has had a few falls in the past, but now with Lifeline, I know she can press her button and help will be on its way. Their online system is easy to use, when you need to talk to someone, they are very professional, understanding and always there you you. I have recommend Lifeline to others! Thank you.”

“It was easy to install and worked well straight away. When I tested it, it was answered each time by different people who all knew my name. The pendant doesn't bother me and I know that if I press it by accident, say by leaning on something, I can immediately cancel the alarm. I already had a similar pendant as part of a security alarm system but the suppliers never gave me any instructions and seemed disinterested in me once they'd had their money. I was worried that it might conflict with the Lifeline24 but it didn't. Lifeline 24 is an altogether better product whose staff are excelllent..”

“I am registered partially sighted but I yearn for challenges to meet and overcome! BT and other plug/socket types usually leave me standing but with the exception of another alarm system in place I failed to use he supplied filter in the BT recommended position, ie immediately between the BT socket and the Base unit! (The socket was a one - gang type). I went to Wilco and purchased a 3 gang adaptor completing the installation. Then as the neighbours are always 'busy' I dug out my old tool kit and fixed the Yale Key safe box in place. Having two sudden collapses so far 2019 it is a bon to us my wife Deaf and having Epilepsy its golden.”
