Excellent phone response to my enquiries. On deciding to join, the process was simple and painless with a helpful contact to make sure I understood. Very easy to instal and the checks were prompt straight after. All this very important to me, an 84 year old widow who is not very IT competent!

luckily we have not had to use the emergency communication button - however, it is a good safety cushion. Any safety questions or requests we have had were answered promptly.

If I had known how fiendishly complicated and stressful this would be I would never have started. The only good thing is your excellent phone support. It took nearly an hour for the installation, me lying under the telephone table listening to Alec's instructions ( he was very good ) torch in my mouth, magnifying glass and glasses on the floor beside me, to try to discern the tiny white-on-white icons. Even Alec gave up after 55 mins, then I could not get up. I had to call a neighbour to help me up!! THAT was the photo you need on your brochure, not beaming marrieds. Most customers live alone. Also, your phone people should not address old people by their first names, it is unprofessional and impolite. Eventually I was sent a box you just plug in, thank you, but I didn't see it advertised or I would have bought it. The key safe is IMPOSSIBLY fiddly & difficult for an old person, it took me 2 days and the code doesn't seem to work. So you get 2 stars for good customer relations and none for your impossible product. Simple to install, just 3 steps is NOT TRUE & I do not like being pestered for a direct debit. Old people are told never to give bank details. The whole business with Lifeline 24 was utterly wretched.

I have had an alarm for a lot of years and recently I was not connect due to losing my land line I felt uncomfortable knowing I had no help if needed so get one if you are vunable

Very pleased with the service we received, very helpful young man on the phone who explained everything to me. The alarm came the very next day, and the set up was very explanatory in the brochure. Very good communication.

Prompt and friendly answering of all my calls which is very comforting and the equipment was sent out immediately as promised. Very helpful lady answered the first pendant call to ensure everything was working correctly.

Be aware that if you do not return the pendant after the person has died,you will be pestered by telephone and mail ,demanding a£49 missing equipment fee. It happened to me when my mom died and the pendant went missing in the hospital.

This is an incredible service that brings peace of mind to everyone involved. My Mum has taken to wearing her new watch and is wearing it wherever she goes. She says it’s light and comfortable. We installed the fall detection system with instructions that were clear and relatively simple. We also purchased a lock-safe from Lifeconnect24. The lock-safe is middle of their range and is very well made. It has given us even more peace of mind. The staff on the response team could not have been more patient with us when we tested the system. They were magnificent. I feel so confident in the processes that would be initiated if my Mum needed help or fell over. The only little issue I have is the absence of a volume switch on the main unit so that the voices of the response team can be made louder. My Mum has hearing difficulties. I would recommend this company to anyone with a relative needing this type of support.

I called twice and both operators were friendly and helpful. Ordered the Lifeline on Saturday morning and it arrived the very next day. Most impressive. Set up was simple and the alarm tests went smoothly. We had it up and running in no time providing peace of mind for me and my mum.
