“Car ID 75339, driver name Darren. This driver drove us around. So that he can earn more money, because otherwise I don't understand why. He passed the place where I was going, so I asked him if he knew where he was going and if he would stop. And he rudely replied that I don't know. I have done this same trip few times and I have always paid a maximum of £15. I paid over £20 with this driver”

Thank you for your review We don’t have cars in our fleet only licensed London taxis We also do not have driver on our fleet called Darren We can see also by your email address that you have never booked a taxi with us (we only undertake pre booked transfers) your experience wasn’t with our company

“Arrived at Luton airport with my daughter after 9.00 pm and went straight to black cabs taxi rank and the driver didn't help us with heavy luggage in and out and also scammed me with money. P.S. Licensed London Taxis are an official black cab company at Luton Airport. We can transport you to and from the airport, immediately outside the terminal building. Thank you.”

Hi Kat I can see you edited your review and stated that LONDON licensed taxis are available outside LUTON airport for hire This is incorrect the Hackney Carriage vehicles there look the same but are in fact completely different because they are regulated by different authorities ours in LONDON being Transport for LONDON (clue is in the name ) It’s unfortunate that you had a bad experience with a LUTON regulated taxi driver maybe next time you should consider pre booking with us at LLT for your journey into London with the fare agreed prior so no surprises and you would also have the benefit of having the drivers details and a far greater experience We are proud of our Customer service here at licensedlondoontaxi.co.uk please check out the many genuine reviews below yours Best regards LLT
