“Decide at short notice to visit Stonehenge for my departure and London Taxi made it possible- 5 hours later I was pick up by Geoff my taxi driver - Geoff was a true gentleman and Stonhenge an unforgettable experience - I will happly recommend Taxi London to others- Urania”

“We have used the Licensed London Taxis on many occasions to transport students into Lonon who have either severe mobility/health issues or severe and complex learning difficulties. I cannot praise these taxi drivers enough. They take away any worry I might have about transporting students with very special needs. The taxis always arrive punctually. The drivers arrive with a friendly smile which puts our students and staff at ease. They are always polite and respectful towards my students and staff and make my students feel special and important. Best of all, they always make the journey 'fun'. One of my students with very severe medical issues and in a wheelchair arrived back from a trip in fits of laughter and thought the taxi ride was the best part of the trip. A driver let a student with severe epilepsy sit in the front seat to alleviate his anxiety. He demonstrated how to use the steering wheel and other gadgets. He was extremely caring and understanding and made the young man feel 'at home' and able to enjoy his trip immensely. This is something we have rarely witnessed with this young man. Next time I organize a trip and need reliable, safe and 'enjoyable' transport for my very 'special' students, I will not hesitate to pick up the phone and book a Licensed London Taxi. These drivers are simply the best.”

“Licensed London Taxi customer service is AMAZING! I was immediately put at ease from the moment I ordered a wheelchair friendly Taxi for my Father at very short notice. Our driver Euey had such a calm and reassuring demeanour, from pick up to drop off. Euey, showed compassion, was extremely attentive and ensured my Father was safe & secure at all times. I would not hesitate recommending this service to anyone in a heartbeat!”

“Tony was great! He was outside waiting at 02.30am took the heavy cases and drove us to Gatwick, wearing a mask and being careful. On learning that it was my wife’s birthday, he played Happy Birthday on Spotify with her name.”

“Paul made our journey to and from London a real treat. He guided my mother's wheelchair in and out of cab effortlessly and was extremely thoughtful when driving over bumps in the road which can be uncomfortable for a wheelchair user. Our return journey was faultless. His cab was sparkling clean. The whole experience took the pressure off me and I was able to completely enjoy our day in London.”

“There was a major mix-up with my wheelchair by the Airline and Tony very kindly waited for us and never made us feel like we'd let him wait for hours. Then he expertly played tretris with two wheelchair and managed to fit it all in the car perfectly, even though it seemed impossible. Very, very kind and an excellent taste in music as well!”

“Paul had taken every care to ensure his taxi was spotless and smart, with ribbons and all, for my daughter's wedding. He was a calm, efficient presence on the day as well as in the run up when I kept fussing about timings. Could not fault the service.”

“Our original driver was to be Tony, who was very polite and responsive on the phone. He was unable to drive us so he provided us a replacement driver, Terri. Terri (hope I’m spelling his name right), was an excellent and skilled driver. He took us on a two hour trip from London to Dover. He even stopped on the way to let us use the loo! We had a great trip and a wonderful conversation with Terri! When other taxi services were dropping their patrons off a mile from the Dover docks, Terri took us right to the door of the cruise arrival. I’m sure Tony would have been great, but Terri was excellent! We definitely recommend this taxi service to anyone in London! Thanks for a great trip!”
