“The company was so very, very helpful. The gentleman bent over backwards to resolve my problem. I wanted to travel with my disabled father and was having difficulties. I was quite stressed & I don’t know what I would have done without his help. I will add his details to my contacts & will recommend them to everyone.”

“First time user and I think this is a superb service, I will use again and recommend without any hesitation. The driver arrived perfectly on time, he helped onboard my mum in her wheelchair. Btw, The taxi was lovely and clean. Spot on service, especially if you need a vehicle which is suitable for wheelchair access.”

“Car ID 75339, driver name Darren. This driver drove us around. So that he can earn more money, because otherwise I don't understand why. He passed the place where I was going, so I asked him if he knew where he was going and if he would stop. And he rudely replied that I don't know. I have done this same trip few times and I have always paid a maximum of £15. I paid over £20 with this driver”

Thank you for your review We don’t have cars in our fleet only licensed London taxis We also do not have driver on our fleet called Darren We can see also by your email address that you have never booked a taxi with us (we only undertake pre booked transfers) your experience wasn’t with our company

“I can’t give enough stars to Licensed London Taxi, from an eventful train journey it was an absolute pleasure to be greeted by such a lovely, friendly, helpful driver. Throughout our London stay each of the drivers showed the same professional friendly manner. Nothing was a problem, communication of pickup times, timing, and safety all first class. The vehicles themselves I can’t rate highly enough. London you have been fantastic but not near as fantastic as the Licenced London Taxi drivers. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
