“Our driver, Tony Bull, couldn’t have been more obliging and helpful. He responded to all my queries promptly and by the end of our trip (Tilbury to Kensington, London) it was as if we were old friends. “It was a great ride, Terry had a wonderful attitude and whatever issues we ran into he was prompt and understanding! The only big issue was that we could have used a bigger taxi with an actual lift instead of a ramp because with our wheelchair it is almost impossible to get out safely.”
