“I love this site and I love the concept of being able to create a plate with any design. I received my place and realized that the design I chose had a circle around a geometric shape and when it arrived, the circle wasn't completely visible and a little of the top and bottom was cut off. I called to ask what I required to do on my end to get the shape and the entire circle on the plate. It was a very simple thing, to make sure I'm within the dotted safety line before selecting my background and everything there will be as I entered it. They refunded the cost of the plate and I created another that looks great and it arrives in 24 hours! Yay! Really good customer service and good fun!”
