“Paying for express delivery and order delivery in 3 days.. No replying for emails”

Hi Patrycja I can only apologize that your items arrived a day later than they were meant to,unfortunately once your order has left our warehouse and picked up by the carriers its out of our control especially with the current situation. During these very challenging times with most our staff on furlough leave and some working remotely form home we are doing our upmost to get all orders out on time but some customers including yourself are experiencing some slight delays which we are truly sorry about as we pride our self on providing the best service possible for our customers as majority of our reviews reflect Regards Simon Challinor Director

“Our second order from these guys was as prompt, well packed and of the same high quality as before. The PU ceiling roses really are indistinguishable from plaster (but so much lighter!). Excellent service.”

“I chose Leyland to buy a ceiling rose mostly due to their helpfulness on the phone. The rose was the exact same price as several other Company’s had advertised, and the shipping a bit more. However, upon receiving the rose, it was just wrong in the room. The company policy was a 2 day return. When we emailed, Mr Challinor replied with one of the rudest emails I have received EVER, stating the 2 day policy and saying we were over so no return would be possible. We pointed out it was business days from receipt and we were within the window. We received the second rudest email ever grudgingly accepting. We have a huge amount of further coving etc to order....But it will NOT be from these people. Too bad because the experience on the phone had been good.”
