“The product itself is good, well priced and good quality. However, I didn’t receive all the panels I needed for my project which is quite annoying I contacted the Customer Support email, replied quickly and they are sending the rest due to come next week. Was very inconvenient to have missing parts to an order but they have sorted it out. Simon helped me with this and was lovely. Thank you.”

“Awful service on the phone. Five boards arrived broken and one pack was short by one. They wouldn’t replace them because it was past the ‘3-working day’ policy. We didn’t know of this policy and didn’t open the packs straight away as, with any new build jobs are in a queue, we were still doing other jobs before we needed the coving. This company prefer to lose a customer by sticking to strict terms even when their own product was damaged. The glue they suggested using didn’t work either and the coving was all on the floor when we arrived the next day. We will not use Leyland again. Do NOT BUY HERE!”

Hi Claudia Thank you for your review, following our telephone conversation nothing was mentioned regarding the adhesive and the coving being on the floor when you came back the next day. Your comments were the coving arrived damaged, you forgot to mention in your review that you received your order more than two weeks ago. Our terms and conditions clearly state, its the customers responsibility to check your order and notify us within 3 working days if there are any issues. Why always do our upmost to give our customers the best service possible, as our reviews show.
