About Letterbox Gifts:

Letterbox Gifts produce beautiful letterbox friendly gift sets containing British-made products, each being hand-wrapped in our workshop in Sheffield. They are designed to be delivered straight through standard letterboxes to avoid any annoying trips to the post office! There is a Letterbox Gift for every occasion, with each gift set coming with a complimentary greetings card which can be personalised with your own message. Letterbox Gifts also offer subscriptions, where a different Letterbox Gift comes through the door each month.

“Problem caused by non delivery appears to be fault of Royal Mail but quickly rectified by Letterbox . Can definitely recommend on quality of customer service resolving issue and quality of goods supplied”

“From the simplicity of ordering and choosing the contents I wanted for a particular occasion, to being kept informed of completion of order and delivery, I couldn't fault it. The gift was delivered in the time scale given and the recipient said it was lovely. So thankyou.”

“A lovely selection of gifts and I will certainly use this online shop again. It is a very clever concept, creating gifts that fit through a letterbox! My friend was thrilled with her gift - she told me the packaging was robust and the contents beautifully presented. I was disappointed however that the gift did not arrive on my preferred date which was my friend's birthday.”

Hi Debbie, I'm really sorry that your Letterbox Gift arrived later than you'd expected. As the order was placed over the weekend (we're open and dispatch gifts Monday to Friday) I can see that your gift was carefully packaged and sent on the first working day possible, Monday. The gift was delivered using the Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service (2-3 working days) selected when ordering and I see that it was delivered on the Thursday. Once again, I'm sorry for any disappointment this may have caused you.
