About Letterbox Gifts:

Letterbox Gifts produce beautiful letterbox friendly gift sets containing British-made products, each being hand-wrapped in our workshop in Sheffield. They are designed to be delivered straight through standard letterboxes to avoid any annoying trips to the post office! There is a Letterbox Gift for every occasion, with each gift set coming with a complimentary greetings card which can be personalised with your own message. Letterbox Gifts also offer subscriptions, where a different Letterbox Gift comes through the door each month.

“Whilst the recipient was delighted with the gift itself, it arrived a day earlier than I requested and because this was for a birthday it mattered quite a lot!”

We always try our best to deliver on the customers preferred delivery date but I'm afraid this isn't a guarantee. “Ordered a present for a friend, service was second to none. Delivered on the day I requested and Laura (email correspondence) was amazing when I realized I was sending present to myself and not my friend. Fixed my error. Fabulous service would definitely recommend. Thank you”

Hi Debbie, I'm really sorry that your Letterbox Gift arrived later than you'd expected. As the order was placed over the weekend (we're open and dispatch gifts Monday to Friday) I can see that your gift was carefully packaged and sent on the first working day possible, Monday. The gift was delivered using the Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service (2-3 working days) selected when ordering and I see that it was delivered on the Thursday. Once again, I'm sorry for any disappointment this may have caused you. “Very good service - gift arrived as expected. A query arising from my completion of the order form (my query and confusion) was dealt with promptly and pleasantly by email from customer service. The brownies were a gift and are being enjoyed, far from me sadly! I will certainly be ordering from LG again.”

“Sent as a big hug for my daughter who doesn’t live near me. She loved it. It arrived promptly, packaged beautifully and the she loved all the little gifts inside and said the candles smelt beautiful. Would definitely use again.”

“Disappointing as it wasn’t actually posted through their letterbox so they had to wait for their gift. I wouldn’t have ordered it if I knew this.”

All our packaging is specifically designed to fit through a standard sized UK letterbox. Whilst we make every effort to ensure this is communicated on our packaging, unfortunately, from time to time the Royal Mail officers makes the final decision on whether it's suitable to post through the letterbox. “I wanted to send a gift to a friend, ordered last minute, day before in fact ! Didn’t want to send flowers as thought the recipient would have gone away for the day . Tracked from ordering to delivery, arrived on the day , good selection of gifts to send , friend was very pleased with choice, would definitely use again.”
