About Letterbox Gifts:

Letterbox Gifts produce beautiful letterbox friendly gift sets containing British-made products, each being hand-wrapped in our workshop in Sheffield. They are designed to be delivered straight through standard letterboxes to avoid any annoying trips to the post office! There is a Letterbox Gift for every occasion, with each gift set coming with a complimentary greetings card which can be personalised with your own message. Letterbox Gifts also offer subscriptions, where a different Letterbox Gift comes through the door each month.

“The receiver was very pleased with the gift but I thought the whole idea of letterbox gift is that they fitted through the letterbox Luckily someone was in to take the present in!”

Hi Lucy, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. I'm sorry to hear that the post person did not use the letterbox to deliver your gift. All our packaging is specifically designed to fit through a standard sized UK letterbox. Whilst we make every effort to ensure this is communicated on our packaging, unfortunately, from time to time the Royal Mail officers makes the final decision on whether it's suitable to post through the letterbox. “I wanted a gift that could be posted through a letterbox so that my friend didn't need to be in for delivery. Didn't think wine was an option. How wrong could I be!. Great price, great choice would recommend.”
