About Letterbox Gifts:

Letterbox Gifts produce beautiful letterbox friendly gift sets containing British-made products, each being hand-wrapped in our workshop in Sheffield. They are designed to be delivered straight through standard letterboxes to avoid any annoying trips to the post office! There is a Letterbox Gift for every occasion, with each gift set coming with a complimentary greetings card which can be personalised with your own message. Letterbox Gifts also offer subscriptions, where a different Letterbox Gift comes through the door each month.

“Really cute gifts, and easy to order. Also really great customer service! My package took a little while to leave the warehouse after I ordered so my get-well gift arrived after the recipient had recovered. I believe this was due to shorter hours because of the heat wave though, so I understand sometimes these things are unavoidable.”

Yes, unfortunately the heat wave meant boxes containing chocolate were unable to be sent for fear of melting, and also the Royal Mail service was unable to deliver once the temperature reached a certain point. “I was hoping it would be delivered on the date I specified as it was a birthday gift but unfortunately it was a day late. 6 days after the order was made”

We're sorry to hear that the gift wasn't delivered on your preferred day. On Monday and Tuesday last week there was disruption with Royal Mail services due to the unusually high temperatures. Royal Mail officers were asked not to complete their rounds once it became unsuitable working conditions. Apologies if this impacted the speed of the delivery service, I can assure you this was not normal circumstances and the parcel was posted out on Monday using a 48hr service. “My Mother in Law LOVED it! She was recovering from Covid and the weather was so warm that I knew fresh flowers or other gifts she’d usually enjoy wouldn’t work. She called to describe it to me, explained how beautifully packaged it was. An absolute win of a gift!”

“Excellent service from Letter Box, kept updated, order was quickly despatched with Royal Mail tracker reference and delivery was on time (used free tracked 48 delivery). My friend loved the letterbox gift. It has a good mix of different pamper bits and the fact that it’s all made in Britain is a nice bonus too. I’ll definitely use Letter Box again.”
