About Letterbox Gifts:

Letterbox Gifts produce beautiful letterbox friendly gift sets containing British-made products, each being hand-wrapped in our workshop in Sheffield. They are designed to be delivered straight through standard letterboxes to avoid any annoying trips to the post office! There is a Letterbox Gift for every occasion, with each gift set coming with a complimentary greetings card which can be personalised with your own message. Letterbox Gifts also offer subscriptions, where a different Letterbox Gift comes through the door each month.

“Website and product we're great, but unfortunately delivery wasn't. The promised 48h became 6 days, as Royal Mail was used. Not great for a get well gift!”

Hello, We're really sorry to hear that your gift took so long to arrive. It was dispatched on time with 2nd class post so we would normally expect this to arrive within 2-3 days. “Not happy I ordered for my friends birthday and thought as stated it would be posted through the letter box but my friend had a note to collect a parcel from the post office ( I presume more a post office issue than the company) but really really disappointing”
