About Letterbox Gifts:

Letterbox Gifts produce beautiful letterbox friendly gift sets containing British-made products, each being hand-wrapped in our workshop in Sheffield. They are designed to be delivered straight through standard letterboxes to avoid any annoying trips to the post office! There is a Letterbox Gift for every occasion, with each gift set coming with a complimentary greetings card which can be personalised with your own message. Letterbox Gifts also offer subscriptions, where a different Letterbox Gift comes through the door each month.

“Ordered (paid) for next day and it arrived 2 weeks later, in which time my friend had recovered from her surgery, making the ‘get well’ gift was somewhat pointless!”

Dear Esther, We're so sorry to hear the gift set was delayed in delivery. It was dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked48 service (the upgrade to next day delivery was not selected). Unfortunately due to ongoing Strike Action with Royal Mail they are experiencing huge backlogs at the moment. We're doing everything we can to get them to get our parcels moving sooner and we're also looking at alternative couriers for future orders. “I’ve been disappointed with the service! Trying to send a gift and it didn’t arrive on time and there was no delivery notification via email. Just a request to do a review. Not awful just not up to my expectations. Can’t tell you about the gift as it wasn’t delivered.”

We're so sorry to hear the gift set hasn't arrived yet. This was dispatched from us the same day it was ordered. Unfortunately, due to ongoing Strike Action with Royal Mail they are experiencing huge backlogs. We're doing everything we can to get them to get our parcels moving sooner and we're also looking at alternative couriers in the lead up to Christmas for future orders. Hello, We're really sorry to hear that your gift took so long to arrive. It was dispatched on time with 2nd class post so we would normally expect this to arrive within 2-3 days. “Not happy I ordered for my friends birthday and thought as stated it would be posted through the letter box but my friend had a note to collect a parcel from the post office ( I presume more a post office issue than the company) but really really disappointing”
