About Letterbox Gifts:

Letterbox Gifts produce beautiful letterbox friendly gift sets containing British-made products, each being hand-wrapped in our workshop in Sheffield. They are designed to be delivered straight through standard letterboxes to avoid any annoying trips to the post office! There is a Letterbox Gift for every occasion, with each gift set coming with a complimentary greetings card which can be personalised with your own message. Letterbox Gifts also offer subscriptions, where a different Letterbox Gift comes through the door each month.

“A big thank you to Letterbox Gifts when my gift went astray in the post, they speedily sent a replacement, at no extra cost. My son loved his gift, which contained whiskey, chocolate, tea lights and bath salts.”

“I wanted to send in the post a belated christmas gift to a friend and found Letterbox Gifts Macarons were the perfect solution. Many companies want you to order on the internet, but I prefer to contact my supplier on the telephone. This was considered not a problem for the assistant who kindly accepted my order request on the phone. I was also given an opportunity to give details for a gift card to be enclosed inside the box of Macarons, which was ideal. The delivery took 2 days and my friend contacted me the same day to say they had arrived and was delighted with her delicious surprise gift. Thank you Letterbox Gifts for accepting my telephone order and making another person happy during these difficult and unprecedented times.”

“Unfortunately my gift has still not been received by the recipient after ordering over 7 days ago, probably more of a issue with the post than Letterbox gifts but I am unable to review in whole.”

“I wanted to send a nice "wee something" to a friend and found the perfect item in the Spa Box letterbox gift. It arrived on schedule and my friend was delighted with it. So much so that she will be using the company herself in the near future to send a birthday present to a relative.”

Many thanks for your feedback. I can see this was ordered on the 26th December and dispatched the following working day 29th. Our tracking is showing delivery was made on the 30th. “Lovely gifts. Handy being postbox-sized. Disappointed the website wasn’t updated to show that one of the two items I purchased (flower seeds) was out-of-stock. I was informed via an email that they’d substituted the seeds with chocolate, but since my other item already contained chocolate I would have preferred a refund for the out-of-stock item. I expect this was just a one-off situation, busy time of year etc, and their website would usually be more accurate. Otherwise, lovely gift, nicely packaged, speedy shipping.”

“When I had a problem with Royal Mail failing to notice that the gift was, in fact, letterbox-size and taking it back to the depot, my frail mother could have missed out on her Christmas present, due to her inability to get to the depot. I got in touch with Letterbox Gifts and they made arrangements to have it delivered. I couldn't have been more delighted. Thank you, Letterbox Gifts! Sterling service!”
