About Letterbox Gifts:

Letterbox Gifts produce beautiful letterbox friendly gift sets containing British-made products, each being hand-wrapped in our workshop in Sheffield. They are designed to be delivered straight through standard letterboxes to avoid any annoying trips to the post office! There is a Letterbox Gift for every occasion, with each gift set coming with a complimentary greetings card which can be personalised with your own message. Letterbox Gifts also offer subscriptions, where a different Letterbox Gift comes through the door each month.

“I ordered a bottle of wine for my friends birthday and paid via Paypal. A couple of strange things happened 1) The system took my friends address as my billing address and then subsequently sent me emails addressed to her 2) Royal Mail attempted delivery and left a card, they did redeliver later but I was under the impression these gifts would go through the letterbox and not need signing for...... Anyway my friend got the wine for her birthday on time..... but I think the system is a little glitchy.”

“The gift was good but communication and delivery times were very poor. Paid for 48 hours tracked and yet the gift took a week to arrive and I only got tracking information after having to contact them directly 4 days after placing the order where I was informed Royal Mail were having issues. No apologies about the delay or further communications regarding this.”

“It is well packaged. Delivery was late but this was likely down to Royal Mail during the storm. I was a little underwhelmed with the dried flowers if I’m honest, they weren’t as nice as the picture and were a bit tatty.”

All our packaging is specifically designed to fit through a standard sized UK letterbox. Whilst we make every effort to ensure this is communicated on our packaging, unfortunately, from time to time the Royal Mail officers makes the final decision on whether it's suitable to post through the letterbox. “This was a birthday gift for a friend who was grieving the loss of a loved one at the same time, so I wanted to brighten her day a little... the feedback from her about the colourful macarons was that they were absolutely delicious...they also arrived on time. They definitely cheered her up a little. Nice, unique gift ideas!”
