“For some reason my latest delivery was not posted through the letterbox, and I had to arrange a redelivery attempt to a neighbour on a subsequent day. This should not happen. The range of contents allow me to choose a hamper suitable for a particularly challenging recipient, excluding spicy or slightly exotic items such as olives, and also items posing health risks such as nuts, seeds, alcohol, tea, coffee... always difficult for me, so I appreciate this.”

“I was looking for a reasonably priced breakfast hamper to send out to clients to arrive on the morning of a scheduled 'cusotmer breakfast' meeting. After some thorought research (thanks AI!) I settled on Letter Box Hamper. Good price, great ingredients, flexible delivery dates. The meeting was on a Monday morning, and with hindsight I would have arranged the delivery for the day before as Royal Mail cannot promise a delivery before 9am. Can't comment on the taste, but feedback from the client was good!”

“A flexible service that allows me to choose a gift that suits the recipient, e.g. excludes alcohol, health hazards such as nuts and seeds, and spicy items etc, while being postable through a letterbox so a bed-bound person is guaranteed to receive it. This is very much appreciated.”

“Disappointed the postman didn't post 'Letterbox Parcel' through my friends letterbox but left outside with a note through indicating where it was left. The whole point was to be posted inside as they are not in the house all day and I didn't want it stolen. It wasn't, thankfully, but to call it Letterbox Gifts and then place a note on saying "Not Suitable for posting through a letterbox" kinda defeats the object! They were though absolutely delighted with their port and cheese gift.”

“For Easter, I wanted to send my son a treat at University. He prefers savoury snacks to chocolate. We came across Letterbox Hampers and he was delighted! We ordered chorizo, cheese, olives and breadsticks. He loved it. What a great idea! Price a little on the high side but we decided for the luxury and novelty, that it was worth it.”

“I use the "Custom" hampers as regular gifts for my father who lives several hours from me (he has some dietry preferences, so the pre-designed hampers are not usually 100% suitable). My only tiny niggle is that I would really love there to be a few more choices for the custom one, just so that I could vary the selections a little more between gifts (which is the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5). When I see how many fabulous items are available across the entire range, it would be great to be able to pick and choose from more of them. However, the actual items that do go into the hampers are high quality and my father always lets me know how much he enjoys them. Being able to fit through a letterbox is vital for me, as I know that it will be delivered safely, and that sets my mind at ease. I'm so glad I found Letter Box Hampers, and their prices are very reasonable in comparison to most others out there.”
