“Recently purchased the Wellbeing Hamper as a gift for my health conscious sister in law. She absolutely loved it. Messaged me to say it was gorgeous and full of lovely treats. Was great to get home from work and find this as it fits through your letterbox and no trip to collect it from your local sorting office. Brilliant!”

“I chose the whisky lovers hamper for my brother's birthday and he was delighted with it. My husband had received one in the past so we knew it would be beautifully wrapped, very good quality, and delivered on time. Thank you for such an excellent idea and service.”

“Terrible customer service. I purchased a hamper for my sister and family. They were unable to go on holiday due to covid and she has been working very hard for the NHS. I thought a treat would cheer them up. Unfortunately I got her house number wrong by one digit when ordering. Her neighbours received the box and had no idea who it was for so contacted the company. They were told just to to eat and drink the contents and that the company would contact me. No one from letter box hamper contacted me at all. I had to contact them to find out what had gone wrong. It was my mistake but I don't understand why I wasn't contacted as I could have very easily rectified the mistake, the neighbours were very happy to take it to the right person. I don't feel that I received good customer service from this company. My sister and I have been left very disappointed.”

“A beautiful hand rapped gift of Fresh Coffee & Shortbread It made a very thoughtful Birthday gift for a relative of mine Chosen for its uniqueness as can be popped through the letter box ,therefore taking the stress away from having to be home during the delivery.”

“Purchased as a 60th birthday present. This was such a nice change to the usual gift vouchers. I was really happy to find something gluten free also.
