“Fast delivery, arriving on the date I requested (it was an anniversary present for my husband). The packaging was lovely, with lots of attention to detail. He hasn't tried the foods yet, but they all look delicious.”

“Letter Box Hamper were brilliant - I wanted a thoughtful, easy-to-deliver gift for a friend working in the NHS and their service was perfect because I didn't have to worry about them being at home to accept delivery. I even managed to give them the wrong shipping address initially but it was really easy to contact them to change this and they replied to me directly to say it was all sorted. My friend was delighted with the gift and I thought the service was brilliant, thank you!”

“This was a lovely surprise to receive through the post from our friends. I also bought one for my daughter and her boyfriend as a lockdown surprise. I have only rated this 3 stars as it’s a little bit expensive for what is inside”

“The recipient loved it however it was delivered and addressed to us- the buyers which meant we’d accidentally opened it then had to re wrap and pay to post it to the correct person and address.”

“Excellent product. Bought a couple for different friends. However the impression is given that the day of delivery can be specified, then different delivery charges are offered! I found this a little disingenuous. Both friends were very happy with the gift.”

“I emailed Jonathan about my disappointment at the bespoke hamper I had ordered. Items replaced with others which pretty much negated the ‘bespoke’ element. I didn’t receive any reply to my email so all in all pretty rubbish really.”
