“Requested a delivery in late November for the 12th December, It is now the 25th and I am still awaiting confirmation of postage, and despite having emailed them three times I have not yet received an update or any response whatsoever. Disappointed.”

“I purchased 6 boxes, 1 box came and oh was I shocked at how small they are . We added up the candy and it can be bought in a store for £3.46 . They said it’s justified because it’s put into a box nearly so people are paying over £25 for a brown cardboard box!! I have been waiting weeks to get my money reimbursed. Please DO NOT ORDER from this site . I would appreciate if someone can answer my message on Instagram. Elizabeth”

“Extremely long delivery time despite the 2 days suggested. No reply from customer services when this was chased (took 8 days to arrive). Overpriced for what it is. It looks great, but probably less than £10 worth of stuff you could have got at M&S. Quality and flavour of products definitely first class, that was the only plus side. I certainly wouldn't use this service again. Over priced, slow and product a little disappointing. Great idea - long way to go!”

“I ordered a Christmas edition letterbox hamper for a secret Santa gift. Ordered it in good time and chose the 2 day delivery option. But 1.5 weeks later and the hamper has still not arrived. Despite making contact with the company via email and social media to follow up on the delivery i have received no response. So at the moment the company has my money but have not delivered the item. There are lots of other reviews like this. I would be very wary of ordering from Letterbox Hamper and I will never order from them again.”
