“A lovely treat. Obviously you pay for the convenience rather than going to a deli and packing it up yourself. But my mum liked the wrapping and quality of the gift.”

“Paid for next day delivery and it came 3 days later. Emailed ‘Jonathan’ twice and heard no response, not even an effort to apologise for the delay. Certainly won’t be purchasing again.”

“Placed an order via notonthehighstreet with a specific delivery date 8 days in advance for my Dad’s birthday. It never arrived. I sent 2 messages to the seller on notonthehighstreet and 1 on Facebook. I didn’t receive any response. I contacted notonthehighstreet and complained so they sent me a refund. We’re all struggling through trying times at the moment but there’s no excuse for not contacting your customers to keep them updated if there is a problem fulfilling their order. So upset that I wasn’t able to get a birthday present to my Dad in time when he’s having such a difficult time providing 24 hour care to my very sick Granny who should be in a care home but can’t be admitted to one at the moment. I’m getting my money back but no one has apologised.”

“Hi I ordered a cheese letter box hamper to my Boyfriend for our 1 year anniversary as we couldn’t spend it together. Was disappointed as the personalisation note was not in the box so he didn’t even know who gave it to him and thought it was a free sample through the post. He was sent another one the next day with the personalisation note in but the initial surprise of it was ruined. Biscuits were bit broken which must be down to the delivery but he did enjoy the cheese!”

“I sent a coffee hamper to my parents because they've been missing going out to coffee shops during lock down. It was a real surprise and they loved it! It was delivered promptly and fitted the letter box.”

“I recently received a letterbox hamper for my birth day and was truly thrilled with it. So decided to send one to my niece for her birthday, she sent me a picture of her and her partner enjoying the contents ( cheese hamper) for lunch, so in these strange and uncertain times a very lovely gift to receive.”

“Love the concept and contents of the hamper. Would like to see a little more choice of items for the 'create your own' and also some slightly cheaper things, as it is a little pricey. Having said that, I think it's a great gift and will use again.”

“I ordered a 'choose your own' hamper for my grandmother's birthday. I placed the order on the Sunday and it was delivered on the Tuesday; the day of her birthday. I was very pleased with the speed of the delivery, especially due to current circumstances, and my grandmother was very pleased with the content and quality of the items. I will use Letter Box Hamper again.”
