“The package came 3 days late and two of the items were wrong. I have sent 3 messages to them all with no reply so far. Extremely poor service on all sides. I'm looking for a full refund and return if they ever get back to me.”

“The hamper I ordered was very nice and came as described online, however as I had ordered the hamper for a 90th Birthday and for a particular day to be delivered on - it arrived 2 days late so marred the occasion somewhat.”

“My sister was very surprised to receive this gift. She was very pleased with gin and chocolate. The only thing she said was that the postman didn't take care in putting it through the letterbox. That is something out of your control though.”

“I ordered the chocolate letterbox hamper. The process was easy, quick and efficient. Most importantly, the recipient was thrilled - he loved the unique concept, the traditional packaging and, as a bit of a ‘foodie’, he appreciated the high quality of the chocolate.”

“I discovered Letter Box Hamper couple of months ago when I was sent one. I have subsequently send one to a friend who showed me a king thought. She was DELIGHTED! It is great to have up your sleeve for when you want to show someone your appreciation.”

“I was sent a letterbox hamper for my birthday and I thought it was fab, so I bought a custom made one for a friend recently and she loved it! The process of ordering was straight forward with lots of variety of products to choose from. My friend adores biscuits so a mainly biscuit hamper was perfect! Thank you”

“It was a lovely hamper with a good selection but I was very disappointed by the surface. I understand that would have been some delays but the hamper I had arranged took nearly two weeks to arrive. It had missed the recipient’s birthday by a week. I had emailed the company a couple of times with no response.”

“The gift was really well presented and my Dad was pleased with it. However, I was a little disappointed that the walnut crunch biscuits were substituted with a second packet of shortbreads. This would otherwise have been a perfect present.”

“I received one of these myself from a friend a little while back and it was AMAZING. Since then my wife and I have purchased two - one as a 'thank you' and the other as a Father's Day gift - and they've been greatly appreciated. The choice of hampers is fabulous, the quality of the contents (as I can personally attest to) is second to none and I genuinely can't recommend this service enough as we will use them again in the future.”

“I ordered the lovely letterbox hamper for an elderly relative who lives on her own and we are unable to visit at this time. I was kept up to date with delivery details, it was delivered bang on time and Auntie was delighted with it all. " it has made my week" she told us!!! So a big thumbs up, and many thanks for a great service.”
