“I will be happy to update and amend this review if things change but unfortunately the hamper has not arrived and I've recieved no updates about its whereabouts. I was trying to be extra patient given the current situation and figured that there was possibly a slight delay, but the parcel was due at its recipient's house on 31st March and it was down as 3-5 days and i got the email saying that it was posted. Even with my leaving it a bit longer it's still not there. I'm worried about this as my partner ordered one a few days after me before we realised there could be a problem, and now we're worried that it wont arrive either. Would appreciate a response on this. Many thanks”

“Flowers turned up wilted and tired. Put them in water with the food an they lasted 3 days!. E mail sent but no reply. Avoid!!! there are much better companys. Ordered of Groupon.”

“Bought another letter box hamper and used the £5 off discount code but it didn’t discount the price. I emailed the company but had no response whatsoever so I won’t be using them again.”

“The hampers are a great idea. However, the one I ordered on 17th December for a Christmas gift still has not arrived even though today is 30th December and it was supposedly dispatched on 20th December. I do not recommend this service for gifts and am unlikely to use it again as I don’t trust it.”

“I sent 3 letter box hamper's as presents this christmas. Very positive feedback with one recipient even saying she wishes the hamper would "last forever". Very pleased.”
