“I have now ordered Letter Box Hampers as Birthday or Christmas gifts for a number of family members (who live scattered across the breadth and length of the country) and they have all been delighted both with the quality of the contents of the boxes and the convenience of receiving gifts posted directly through their letter boxes. In short, this is a brilliant service! Thank you.”

“I will be happy to update and amend this review if things change but unfortunately the hamper has not arrived and I've recieved no updates about its whereabouts. I was trying to be extra patient given the current situation and figured that there was possibly a slight delay, but the parcel was due at its recipient's house on 31st March and it was down as 3-5 days and i got the email saying that it was posted. Even with my leaving it a bit longer it's still not there. I'm worried about this as my partner ordered one a few days after me before we realised there could be a problem, and now we're worried that it wont arrive either. Would appreciate a response on this. Many thanks”

“These are AMAZING. Both of my recipients (my mum and my friend who is working long hours in hospitals) commented on the high quality of the packaging. This really made it feel like a special treat and brightened both of their spirits. I would highly recommend as a way of showing that you are thinking of someone:)”

“My best friend’s wedding has been cancelled due to Covid-19 and we wanted to send something to put a smile on the couple’s faces. They were so impressed with it, and said it was beautifully packaged. Customer service was fab, good value for money, and would highly recommend :) The thing I noticed when shopping around was that similar hampers were very gender specific but nothing which suited a couple. It was great we could add in what we wanted and suited both of them - a gin for her and a whiskey for him, and snacks to share!”
