“I have sent several LetterBox hampers to members of my family, including sweet boxes for children, and everyone has been delighted to receive them. I like the fact you can either choose ready prepared ones, or choose your own contents. The boxes are well packed and wrapped,and delivered on time - a real treat through the letterbox .”

“I ordered six items for a friend's birthday gift and these were delivered on time and beautifully presented. My friend was delighted and said it made his day. A nice addition would be the option of a small bottle of wine as an alternative to spirits. I would definitely order from this company again.”

“I used this company to send a gift to my brother. It arrived promptly, was beautifully presented and he absolutely loved his Cheese Lovers Hamper. I have already recommended this service to friends as a great way to send gifts especially if you’re not sure the recipient will be home to accept delivery.”

“I ordered a Letterbox Hamper and paid extra for next day delivery, unfortunately, the package wasn't delivered the next day. I emailed Jonathan but still haven't heard back from him or any of the team as to why the hamper was delayed. I would say although the product is lovely, the customer service is not good at all.”
