“Ordered a hamper to go out for a friends birthday in Belgium. I knew it was leaving it late as post probably delayed, but it took over a week for it even to be prepared and shipped. No update, no info on a delay, nothing. When the order was placed, we noticed that we had not put who it was from in the message, so replied to 'Jonathan' who the confirmation email came from to ask it our names could be added to the message. No answer, no info and it was not done either. So in a delay in shipping of over a week, 'Jonathan' was incapable of adding a few words to the message or any sort of communication related to it. Very poor show, maybe a lesson in customer relations is needed. Even this questionnaire is incorrect, i can either reply as anonymous or as the person we sent the hamper to who does not know about the points above.”

“I received the coffee hamper. This was very good. Coffee good flavour and biscuits lovely.Have since sent two to friends who thought it is a lovely idea.I am now hoping to send one to Australia if it is possible.”

“The hamper arrived exactly on time. The recipient told me it was well packed and beautifully presented and the contents were interesting and of good quality, "the nicest gift he had ever received through the post". Letter Box Hampers is such a simple yet fabulous idea, I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend to others.”

“I purchased a letterbox hamper for a very dear friend having received one myself from my daughter. Both my friend and I had tears of joy when we opened the delightfully packaged box of goodies. Partly, yes, because of the thoughts of sender but also because of the aforementioned delightful packaging, lovely quality contents and just plain, straightforward quality. Thank you!!!”

“My son and family were delighted with the produce from this hamper. In all fairness sit did take rather longer to arrive than stated but deliveries do seem to vary. Cheeses delicious as were the crackers etc.!”
