“The idea is great, but did not come on required date even though booked weeks before. Not the same cheeses as the box said”

“The cheese lover hamper was brought for a 70th birthday for a friend. A bit delay in delivery, due to a supply problem, so arrived after the birthday. So thats why 4 out of 5, plus needed to email to find out reason. Instead of being advised of the delay before requested delivery date. But thoroughly enjoyed, quality was excellent and a lovely present.”

“Lovely idea, bought as a gift for my mum and she loved it! My only complaints are that the delivery was slower than what I paid for. However I appreciate that this isn’t always controllable in the current climate. Would also like a few more options to pick from when building the hamper but loved the selection that was there as it covered most bases.”

“The recipient really enjoyed it, but it was sent to me rather than to them (as I thought I'd specified), so I had to resend it. That was disappointing but overall it was a good experience and I'd do it again..”

“The recipients were very happy with their little hamper for 'Chocolate Lovers'. I've never actually seen the hampers myself but have ordered a few over time and they're always received well so am more than happy to use LBH again and again!”
