“Due to not being able to see my mum on her birthday because of covid 19 I decided to send her a letterbox hamper, it arrived in good time and she absolutely loved it, full of all her favourite treats! Thank you very much, such a great idea!!”

“Appalling takes weeks to arrive and the cost is downright daylight robbery the sweet hamper box has at most £5 of sweets inside it so I’d like to know what the justification is for the £30 cost. Feel like I’ve been well and truly ripped off and sadly for Mei order 4 in total before 2 arrived still awaiting other 2 and been waiting for weeks”

“Lovely packaging, website was simple and good, email response was quick and informative about when it was shipped etc. Well received by my boyfriend which cheered him up in lockdown, only thing I would say is to have a little more variety when it comes to choosing your own, maybe a little pack of cards, mini board game, small book etc, something the recipient can do and interact with. Otherwise fantastic, definitely using again!”

“I cant believe that you have sent me this survey to fill in when I have tried o contact you for several days by email to say that the hamper has not been delivered. You don't leave a phone Number any where so verbally cant contact you. What is wrong.”

“Bought this for my son as a gift. He really enjoyed everything in the hamper. I was a bit disappointed though that it arrived in a plain brown cardboard box rather than the blue wrapping paper that I had chosen.”
