“I cant believe that you have sent me this survey to fill in when I have tried o contact you for several days by email to say that the hamper has not been delivered. You don't leave a phone Number any where so verbally cant contact you. What is wrong.”

“Bought this for my son as a gift. He really enjoyed everything in the hamper. I was a bit disappointed though that it arrived in a plain brown cardboard box rather than the blue wrapping paper that I had chosen.”

“I have used Letterbox Hampers in the past and always been happy with service. However I ordered two hampers on 6th April to be delivered on the 11th and they still have not arrived. I have emailed on three occasions but had no response. The payment has been taken out of my account. I am very disappointed by the service this time and it would put me off ordering again and recommending to others which I have done in the past.”

“I purchased 3 of these hampers for my family as a little treat, as like many others, we were unable to see each other at Easter. They absolutely LOVED them! Everything from the classy wrapping to all the wonderful, delicious products inside, made for a very special gift. Really great to support small producers too, so I will definitely buy from this company again and have now recommended to several of my friends.”
