“Amazing service and friendly staff. I needed a full suit for the next day and managed to find mine here. Staff were happy to help me find and choose a suit. The adjustments needed were done and ready to collect same day just next door to the branch. Can’t recommend enough.”

“Leonard Silvers must be one of the very few menswear shops left in this country where the staff have the experience to be able to provide first class customer service and the knowledge to understand how classic men's clothing should look and fit. I received this service and advice from Chris when I visited the shop recently. If you require quality clothing that will last land look good for years then I strongly advise you to vist Leonard Silver. Youwill not be dissapointed.”

“The suit was very smart, but ever item of the three piece suit was too small, having tried on the same size in Marks & Spencer & Next. So it's obvious that your sizes are smaller. Sent the suit back, I did send an email requesting a returns label, but no reply. It cost me £14 to return the suit, which was almost a week ago now. You did call me, so I know you have received the return, but I still haven't received my money back. So I would be grateful if you could do that on receipt of this email. Thankyou.”

Hi David, thanks for your feedback. The Suit you purchased our Harold Green Tweed Suit is advertised as a Slim Fit and designed to be close fitting. The sizing is correct but the cut is possibly different to other Suits you may have tried. It sounds like you need to avoid Slim Fit suits and try a Regular Fitting Suit. With regards to the returns label this can be requested within the customer account. Refunds can take up to 14 days to process. Best regards LS
