“Excellent, always kept informed, indoor storage kept at a good, clean quality. Claire was always very helpful, I would use Lens again if needed.”

“Staff were friendly. However we moved our stuff in in November 2015 the light above our unit wasn't working and we asked at least 4 times for it to be fixed and now October 2016 our removal men are working in the dark again. I think this breaches health and safety law.”
