“This is the response I sent directly to them... Brilliant! Delivered early. Well packaged. No damage at all, all pieces and parts present. Instructions clear. Had to clear a couple of holes of wood waste that interfered with the bolts, but I sussed that out, progressed smoothly. Well made, solid, well designed. Looks great, smells great (!), perfect size for patio. Would fit 4 slim people at a pinch, but just the 2 of us, so great room. Lovely ease of sitting (side entry), no cocking leg over (great for b*&^%d arthritic knees). Enjoyed building it! Enjoyed having first brew sat at it. Enjoyed dreaming of summer and using it for food, and beer, and reading... It’s just brilliant! Value for money... not often I say this, but... yes, it is. It’s Quality. And being an ex-Quality Manager, that should mean a lot. Well done you lot. Overall 10 out of 10. Cheers.”

“Wouldn’t order from the these again. Awful customer service! Website incorrectly described the product - height was 72cm not 100cm as described. Asked for a collection. 2 failed attempts and waiting for the 3rd. I hasten to add Leisure Bench keep hold of your cash until the collect even when it’s their error! Furious!”

“After contacting LeisureBench I purchased a bench seat from them for my garden. On the telephone they could not have been more helpful and the product arrived within 48 hours. The seat itself is a serious piece of furniture - these are not benches with frills and cheap metal frames. They are very robust, comfortable and definitely made to last, unlike so many others around a similar price range!”

“So Happy with my new 3 seater grey Darwin Bench. Ordered it Easter Sunday and was Delivered 3 days later! Excellent Customer Service actually the best I’ve ever came across. “Great quality furniture. Ordered from Northern Ireland and the tables arrived the next week, the logistics company rang to arrange a time and turned up promptly. The tables fit together perfectly and are finished to a high standard. Would recommend to anyone!”

“What an brilliant company Leisurebench is! I ordered 10 Whitby picnic benches for my local British Legion Club, of which I am secretary. These benches are of an excellent quality and standard. I then ordered 10 parasols - equally excellent - which arrived in 2 days! For both orders, I spoke to the staff in the office and they were extremely professional and helpful.
