I've ordered 4 shoes of the same style in different colourways, 2 smaller and 2 larger. I'm happy with the smaller size and will be returning the larger size pairs. So far I'd say ordering was easy and delivery was speedy and I was notified of the progress of my deliveries, so full marks for that. However I have now discovered that UK returns are not free and the process is a faff - no simple pre-paid return label included in the box like other retailers. I think Legend are out of step with other reputable outlets on this, and it will definitely make me think twice about ordering from them in the future unless I am 100% sure I'm going to keep the shoes - which is very hard with shoes because each brand comes up differently in terms of size. I hope they change this policy because their ordering and delivery, ie the front end of their service, is great. I'd like to order from them again but will look for alternatives next time that do provide free and easy returns.

We understand the buyer's concern regarding the receipt of their package and have initiated a claim with the courier to investigate. Easy to order .not so easy to return. You've got to search to find any unfo on returns and it took quite a few calls and wasted mileage to get a QR code to return item

I ordered the wrong size.. totally my fault. Returning them was easy . Went to re-order in the correct size and the trainers had increased from £114 to £205!!! Sorry but that is unacceptable

We want to emphasize that every product is subjected to a comprehensive inspection at our warehouse before being shipped to our customers, ensuring that all items are brand new and in pristine condition. There are no issues with the laces; however, there may be minor discrepancies due to the listing images being taken under studio lighting, which can differ from real-life appearances. We accepted the return of the footwear; nonetheless, the customer did not proceed with returning the shoes for a refund. In this context, how can we, as the seller, be held accountable when we accepted the return, yet the customer did not return the shoes or respond to our communications?

The shoes are correct but there is a black one mark on the left shoe. I don’t have time to return them before travel.

Although it clearly states that the size of the shoes is that stated on the box, it's clear to me, as these are my 2nd identical pair, that these are NOT 5.5, but 6. It's too late to send them back, as I had to wear them to test this out. Bit disappointed.

My shoes size (USA) is 9 on the legend chart it read that European size would be 40, I ordered that size, I wore the shoe one day and I started to notice that they are too big this is not the true size 9, now I am stuck with them because I wore them, I am very disappointed because I spent the money and I am not happy shoes are too big.

Loved the boots on sight but sadly the right foot was too tight and uncomfortable so they’ve sadly been returned. I want to try a different style but they are so difficult to source .

Please be aware that we conduct a comprehensive quality inspection before sending out every order. Our main priority is to dispatch the exact model that was advertised. We have received the package and it is currently undergoing scanning and inspection at our warehouse. Once this process is completed, we will promptly initiate the refund, which will be credited back to the original payment method within 2-3 working days. Shoes arrived quite badly marked but decided to keep them as I’ve been searching for a pair in my size for months and couldn’t face the hassle of returning. Greater care should be taken to check items before shipped!

I like the look of these boots but they are difficult to get on and off as you have to loosen the laces virtually to the bottom every time you want to put them on or take them off.

The order was dispatched on the day we received it via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed service. However, there was no answer when the delivery was attempted the next day leading to failure in delivery. The customer then again requested redelivery for the item which was eventually delivered on the 3rd day from the day it was dispatched. We request customers to be available at their mentioned address to collect the package. We advise customers to contact us prior to leaving any feedback to assist them with the best possible solutions.
