“Your staff are brilliant, your systems need work and cause problems, I had to call the staff for help several times. At least once they could not find my order initially, think I found several bugs for you. I hope they are sorted quickly.”

Initially, the customer provided us with incorrect order information and we were unable to find their order details in our system. Later we were able to find the order after we requested the buyer to send us an email with the order details and they forwarded the order confirmation email. We advise buyers to provide us with the correct order information when they contact our customer support team so it's easier and quicker to assist.

“Fast free delivery is a plus. Unfortunately, the item didn't fit and had to be returned. The free return service was simple and the refund was prompt. Excellent service and I would be happy to use Legend Footwear again.”

We operate a no quibble 30-day returns policy. A refund will be provided given items are returned back in their original condition as NEW and UNWORN (i.e. as received) with their original unmarked/undamaged box and swing tags. If we receive items back that violate this policy i.e. used shoes , we hold the right to reject a refund request.
