The material degraded quick only after a few runs and mostly on a treadmill. For the price, the quality is terrible and prone to damage, the type of damage that could cause injury if unnoticed (see pictures). I suspected a faulty product and requested an exchange which was rejected due to their very short timescale on faulty goods. So don't waste your money.

Hi Chazelas, Please be aware, the order was placed on 17th May 2023 and was delivered via Colis Prive on 25th May 2023. According to the tracking information, the item was delivered and collected by the customer. We advise customers to contact us for any doubt or information regarding shipping. We are dishearten to know as there was not a single email bought to our attention. We request customers to contact us prior leaving any feedback giving us an opportunity to address the issue.

The shoes that I received were a completely different colour from those shown in the photos on your website. When I returned them, I enclosed a letter asking if you could supply me with shoes in the colour that I really wanted. I know that you received the shoes that I returned, because you refunded me. However, I still have no reply to my letter, nor even an acknowledgement, after three and a half weeks! What very poor service from Legend Footwear.

Do not buy from them !!! I purchased very expensive leather ankle boots that I would expect to last at least 2 years. The elastic on the side of one boot just came away and they said they will not replace or refund. Just keep quoting their 30day return policy !?! I am taking it further now as I am told I have 6 months for faulty items. Awful, awful service, avoid and buy your footwear with another retailer

Hi Karen, My apologies for the issues you are facing with your Pikolinos purchased 3 months back. This is, as mentioned previously, out of our 30-day return window. The warranty for these boots are not with Legend Footwear at all, Pikolinos prefer for customer's to reach out to them directly, as per their website which states 'Pikolinos agrees to evaluate all the possible quality defects in the production process. However, Pikolinos will proceed differently depending on the sale channel used (by the customer) to purchase the product.' You are saying this is not wear and tear, if not wear and tear then the next step would be to contact Pikolinos directly. My apologies for not being able to further assist with this request, it is something that is unfortunately in the hands of the Manufacturer as opposed to ourselves here. Best wishes, Legend Footwear

Absolutely shocking service. Purchased a pair of barefoot shoes , only 4 months old, hardly worn with hole in seam. Requested a replacement and told this is wear and tear and outside 30 day refund policy!! These shoes are supposed to have 6 month warranty . Will be going to small claims court and will not be purchasing again from this company

Upon inspection of the images shared, it's clear that the damage is due to wear & tear. The footwear holds no manufacturing defect. However, we offer 30-day returns but only for unworn items in their original condition and packaging, which in this case is expired. It really makes us sad to know that our customer is unhappy with the resolution provided.

Ordered a pair of boots for gift , shop shipped it with Royal Mail , parcel has been delivered to unknown neighbour and signed in my behalf with no authorisation. Parcel is lost , i have contacted the shop and their response is : 14 days after claimed delivery they can investigate. I don't have nor the time or the will to wait due to their poor delivery methods .

The package was delivered and signed by the neighbour along with the scanned location of the delivery but the buyer is disputing delivery. We have started the investigation with the courier company & once we have an update we shall share the same to the customer. We are unable to refund the order or send a replacement until then.

I have not received the boots at yet! My delivery was not delivered, I spent £148 on a pair of boots and no body seems interested Please send my goods today

The customer has not entered the correct and complete delivery address when they placed an order. They missed the house number. We are in contact with the customer to update the delivery address but can only do so after we receive the item back. Please double check the delivery address when you place an order to avoid any delays in delivery. We kindly request our customers to contact us about any issues they may have with the items they order from us and allow us the opportunity to try and resolve the issue before leaving a feedback.

Please be aware, the order was placed on 18/11/2022 and was delivered the next day on 19/11/2022, the service used was Tracked 24 with Signature. According to the tracking information, the item was delivered and signed for by the customer. As the customer is disputing delivery, we have opened a courier claim with the delivery service and they have opened an investigation, only after they conclude their investigation can we proceed with the next course of action.

All orders are despatched the same or next working day after your payment has cleared. If you have chosen next day delivery the order will be despatched the same day provided the order is placed before 12 pm. Any orders placed after 12 pm on Friday will be despatched the following Monday. Please be aware the customer placed an order on Thursday 20th Oct after 3pm with 48Tracked Royal Mail delivery. The order was dispatched the following day on Friday 21th Oct and was delivered on Monday 24th Oct. Royal Mail only delivers parcels with 48Tracking on weekdays. Only 24Tracked and Special Deliveries are delivered over the weekend

Ordered an ecco slider .. supposedly 48 hour delivery. Well over a week later git the survey to complete which prompted me to chase .. Don't believe they had in stock in first place. . Yes you will get full refund , but sone online companies advertise stock they haven't got and churn in the hope some sakes stick .

We advise buyers to contact us if they do not receive the item within the estimated delivery date. Buyers can also track their shipments using the tracking number provided for the shipment. The customer only contacted us after they received an email 2 weeks later to leave feedback about our product. In this case, as the shipment was not delivered to the buyer we refunded the order in full and contacted the courier company, and filled in a courier claim.

We operate a no quibble 30-day returns policy. A refund will be provided given items are returned back in their original condition as NEW and UNWORN (i.e. as received) with their original unmarked/undamaged box and swing tags. If we receive items back that violate this policy i.e. used shoes , we hold the right to reject a refund request.

Please understand that the service was good and the product of good quality but it doesn't possibly fit despite being identical in its fitting (41) as my old pair which fit perfectly. Not your fault of course but living on a remote island this is disastrous. The manufacturers Birkenstock had refused to deliver to the Hebrides.

I Fever received my pair of shoes. After 3 weeks got a refund but an investigation never took place and I was not provided with any updates. When I requested to but again those shoes at the same price, I was told to make another order with the current price. I will never buy any shoes ever again using this shop. Ps: as of now, my package is still not delivered.

Please be aware the order was placed just before Christmas, many deliveries do get misplaced and lost during these peak times and delivery timeframes are longer than usual. The above being an international order, took longer to investigate given the destination of the order and the time period. After the investigation, a full refund was provided and as the customer wanted the item again, we asked them to place a new order as the order was already refunded. They never ask for a price match as we would have provided it had they asked us about it. We request our customers to contact us directly to sort out any issues they may have before posting a feedback with regards to our products and services.

Ordered boots from Legend Footwear on Amazon and had the WORST experience! I paid for expedited shipping. However, they failed to mention that if I placed an order on a Friday they wouldn't bother to ship the item until Monday since they close for the weekend. Let me tell you how much I appreciate my package arriving late for your day off. Then, I received an email on Monday saying they couldn't ship until I confirmed that I wanted the boot they had in stock (Not the boot pictured on amazon). It wasn't the same boot at all. NO, I DON'T WANT A DIFFERENT BOOT. I WANT THE ONE YOU SOLD ME WHEN I PURCHASED THE F'ING THING. Then I had to go through the process of calling Amazon Support to have them send an official cancelation which only took forever of course. If I could give you zero stars I would. Bad business practices and terrible customer service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

All the products we sell are 100 % Original and are sourced directly from the brand owner or authorised distributor. The Order was placed online and the buyer contacted us after 4 months of receiving the order stating that the item is faulty. We inspected the item and the item did not have any manufacturing faults. We do accept items back which have a manufacturing defect. Unfortunately, in this case - we can no longer entertain the return request as the boots are already worn and damaged due to wear and tear. We have also explained properly to the buyer that the damage/leak is due to wear and tear and not manufacturing defect.

The customer placed the order for the Chippewa boots which are known for being handmade boots, and contacted us to raise an issue about the stitching being stitched the wrong way. We explained to the customer that these are hand made boots and some minor imperfections might be present and there is nothing wrong with that. We offered a partial discount for the customer to keep the item and to reduce the hassle of returning it back, however, the customer was unwilling to accept the offer. As a result, we accepted the customer's return and provided a free return. The refund will be issued upon receipt of the item.

The shipment was delivered on 30th August and the buyer contacted us mid-October as the buckle on the boots broke off after wearing them for a couple of weeks. We rejected this return since this issue was caused due to wear and tear of the item and we accept returns for items which have a manufacturing fault. We also offer 30 days return period and we accept returns as long as they are not worn.

We checked our account and seen that we did not have any email which we have not replied over 24 hours. We noticed that the email from this customer went to the Spam folder which is a rare situation. We have contacted the buyer and have kept them updated on their order. We do reply to all emails within 24 hours and we have made a note to also check our spam folder daily if any emails are sent to the spam folder.

I paid for 24 hour delivery and 48 hours later I was still waiting. When contacted as to why this way - Legend said there was a problem with despatching. I asked as to why I had not received a phone call or email to explain to which they could not respond. This was not good enough in my opinion. They did rectify the issue and have the item delivered at no extra cost by 9am the following day and refund my 24 hour delivery charge, but the initial fact of no contact to inform me of delay means I will never use them again!!!!

Due to an issue with our system, there was a problem with the dispatching of this order. As soon as we became aware of the problem, we fixed this issue and offered the customer a refund on their postage and dispatched the order with next day 9 am service. We were not aware of the issue until the customer contacted us thus we haven't made any contact with them.
