“Very good vendor. Got Free delivery and liked that they offer free returns. The best price I could find for this item online including on Amazon. Arrived swiftly and in perfect condition. My only slight gripe was the leaflet in the box that said to be careful when trying on not to CREASE the leather across the toes as this would effect returns, but I would argue it is almost impossible to properly try on a pair of soft leather boots without walking round the room in them to see if they are comfy and fit properly; you can't really walk naturally in something without bending your feet, so I would have been a little worried should I have needed to return them.”

Please be aware that we conduct a comprehensive quality inspection before sending out every order. Our main priority is to dispatch the exact model that was advertised. We have received the package and it is currently undergoing scanning and inspection at our warehouse. Once this process is completed, we will promptly initiate the refund, which will be credited back to the original payment method within 2-3 working days. Additionally, we have reached out to the customer for further details regarding the issue, but unfortunately, we have not received a reply.
