“Should of arrived Wednesday after paying 24hr service for delivery and still no order! No happy at all”

Item already delivered. The order was placed on 18th April 2019. The carrier collected the parcel from our warehouse on Tuesday 23 April 2019 due to the Easter Bank Holiday break. Royal Mail doesn't deliver and doesn't work during the Bank Holidays. The parcel was delivered to the customer within 3 working days once dispatched. The customer didn't pay for the guaranteed next day delivery.

“Paid for 24hr tracked... came 48 hours later! Flagged as incorrect? Ordered on the 10th roughly around 2 - arrived on the 12th. 48hours. Basically a late Birthday present byvthe time it arrived!”

We dispatch all orders within 24 hours. We shipped this order with next day delivery service and the delivery of this order was attempted the next working day. As the buyer was not present at the address the shipment was kept available for collection or for redelivery. The buyer collected this shipment the following day from the Courier Depo. We advise our customers to please be present at the time of delivery so that they do not miss out on their deliveries.
