“So far, so excellent. I enquired on my chosen car in the latter part of the afternoon. I received a call back within 30 minutes. Dominic was helpful, chatty and knowledgeable and stepped me through the necessary process quickly and concisely. The link to the online application form came through within a few minutes and filling the details wasn't too onerous - I expected to spend a lot longer on this! I submitted the form around 9pm. Dominic called me first thing the following morning to confirm that the form had been received and submitted. He said it might take a couple of days for the decision to come through, which seemed reasonable. However, he called back within two hours to say the application had been accepted. We then confirmed a few details and everything is now in train. I received a further call shortly afterwards - Dominic had pro-actively checked into a potential query, received an answer and delivered it back to me straight away. That's proper service. Within an hour I'd received confirmation of the delivery date for my car. I can't fault this as an ordering process. The service has been personal, friendly and attentive, and the techie back-up has worked flawlessly. I'll report back when I take delivery of my new wheels, but so far I'm impressed.”

“I entered one of these deals in 1992 with Ford and got my fingers badly burnt. So I am nervous. I have never driven an electric car. You invite my questions but don't answer them. What is the buying process here? Where does the car come from? Is it in stock? Will I have to wait six months for it. When will the Coliq 5 be available?”
