This is because we are a comparison site for main dealers and brokers to advertise their lease deals. We do not supply the vehicles advertised on Leasing.com. So after making your enquiry you would then go on to deal with a main dealer/broker and this is less to do with leasing.com as a company as you would be dealing with a separate company. I hope this helps!

“I was sent an email to rate this site after spending 10 minutes looking at the website and recieving one quote. I can say the website was pretty good and I was quickly emailed a quote, but I am still unsure about a lot of things, including which make of car to lease .. and haven't proceeded with a lease from leasing.com yet . So please only consider this review as far as being helpful when "shopping around" .. and not from someone who has actually invested in a car lease through them. I guess it pads their stats if 4/5 is considered good for them and decreases if they give 5/5 service to actual customers, and just annoys one customer by sending a feedback email after such a minor transaction.”
