“False advertising. None of the dozen or so offers I have enquired about are available. Even when I’ve phoned within minutes of an advert going live, they say the offer is no longer available and then offer something way over the advertised price. Just a scam to get your number and email so I’m now getting bombarded with ridiculous offers. Go on … blame covid!!!”

Hi Mike, Thank you for your review and we're sorry you've had a bad experience when enquiring to an advertising partner. We have checked our enquiry system and can see you've made 1 enquiry via our website in the last 12 months. If you have gone direct to a company, then we won't be able to look into that issue as we have no reference of the deal price at the time you enquired. We have contacted the one advertising partner you enquired with regarding your complaint and they have advised us the quote they provided was 2p over. They have apologised for this mistake and said they are happy to take the 2p off. They have also advised that the 25-week order time was an issue for you. Due to global supply chain issues, factory orders for certain manufacturers are taking longer than usual. This is an issue affecting the whole automotive sector. If you would like to receive a vehicle sooner, please select 'in stock only' deals on the site. “I requested a confirmation quotation against a Mercedes Benz E300 coupe advertised on Leasing.Com. Whilst I received a timely response, funnily enough, the dealer claimed that manufacturers' prices "HAVE JUST" risen by about £30 / month. It strikes me that somebody is advertising deals that cannot and will not be met. My advice is to stay away from this site, you are wasting your time.”
