“The details are incorrect. It's shows the car at a price and says maintenance included. When they called me they stated that was incorrect and it wasn't. Waste of my time and theirs”

Hi David, Thanks for your review and I'm sorry to hear you've had a bad experience. We have spoken to the lease provider and they have informed us of some issues they have had internally, as a result, they have removed all of their deals from our site whilst the issue is being fixed. They are going to contact you to offer their apologies and see if there's anything further they can do to help. “Scam. Once they take your money - you get no help. Worst customer service. Rude. We didn’t get on with the car. Wanted to swap. They asked us to pay £4k!? And wait for another car 5 months.”
