“Having found LDN properties I asked them about a potential property I had for sale. Mark was very helpful and took my details and was prompt in returning my enquiry. Although our fit was not a good one and various factors stopped us from doing business together Mark was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and provided me with contacts and next steps to take me on to the next stage of my sale. Honest , helpful and efficient. It was nice to not have some ridiculous price offered on the off chance that a sale was out of desperation other than long term strategy.”

“You responded to my telephone message sooner than I expected. During the conversation you showed you were istening actively which to me is an indication of interest in the information I was giving you. You called back the following day as promised even though it was weekend. You were realiable each time you promised to call back which showed a responsibe behaviour and that you value your clients.”

“I came across Mark Grantham online quite by chance whilst surfing the Internet for property selling information as have to sell a property in North London as a personal representative of a probate estate. Mark responded to my enquiry promptly and expressed interest to view and my joint PR and I met him on his inspection of the property. Afterwards we had a chat and subsequently I invited Mark to make an offer, which he did and although it was not possible to reach agreement on a selling price I found his approach, guidance and assistance extremely helpful. I would certainly recommend Mark's Company as friendly and very helpful at what was and is a stressful time.”
