“Despite the fact that it was soon very clear that my property wasn't suitable for them to purchase, Mark then proceeded to give me lots of useful information and advice on selling my house via auction. I felt that this was incredibly kind and helpful, and gave me a lot of confidence in Mark as he had nothing to gain by giving me this advice.”

“Mark called me at the weekend and told me that whist we were out of his usual catchment area he'd see what he could do Having established he couldn't help he went on to advise me of my options and put me in touch with someone who could help me. That sort of service is rare and has left me wanting to recommend your organisation even though I'm not a client!
