“Thanks to Lavish Alice, my 50th birthday celebration is going to FABulous.
I ordered one of their stunning cocktail dresses, and sadly it arrived without the obi belt. I was given the devastating news that this major luxury retailer had no more dresses in the U.S.!
I took a chance and reached out to the team (including a photo of me in this knockout dress with a temporary belt) and beseeched them to please help me locate the belt.
My friends and husband all thought I was crazy for outreaching ot the team, but lo and behold--the team was super responsive and jumped into action. They kept me apprised of their search efforts and once the belt was located they shipped it ACROSS THE POND completely free of charge.
To say that I'm beyond thrilled is the understatement of the year. Given the supply chain issues, I just did not know what I would do if I couldn't get the belt to complete my once-in-a-lifestone milestone event.
Needless to say, I'm now a fervent Lavish Alice devotee, and I official brand ambassador. They are AMAZING!”
