Unfortunately I had to return the first dress but only because it was too long. I received my refund promptly and was kept updated throughout. When I chased this up was told without me providing my tracking number they are unable to locate my return which had the original packaging and invoice inserted! Firstly I never even received a confirmation of my order so had to proactively chase daily for updates, then when I wanted to return the item that caused more waiting for them to reply and finally after returning the item it took nearly 2 months, yes TWO months to receive my refund which I had to chase daily for!! “Bought from them for the first time. Didnât like how it fit me so decided to return it. First of all they made me pay for returns but I thought, sure itâs a small company, so I understand. Then they took 2+ weeks to process my refund. When they finally processed it, they only returned the blazer and tried to claim I didnât send back the trousers. They told me the parcel doesnât look tampered with and the weight was only the weight of one item (400g on the dot is what they quoted). I found my return receipt (thank God!) which stated it was 1,390g that I sent back (keep in mind the packaging was just plastic). So they Tryina tell me the trousers alone were nearly 1,000g ? Anyways they tried to scare me into getting my money back from the post office and not from them. And weâre so rude throughout the whole thing, had me feeling like I was a liar and a thief. Disgusting experience will never buy from them again.”
