Unfortunately I ordered a dress in the Black Friday sales which to this date I haven’t received. I wasn’t kept up to date about this order and on the website the date kept changing for when this item would be dispatched. I have been in contact with Amanda Harrison who has been very swift in replying to my emails and has also been very helpful about this matter. The only downside is I feel like as a customer it should be up to the company to contact me if there is issues with stock rather than me having to wait and reach out.”
