Lavish Alice made an error on my last purchase using FedEx Express that I did not concur with as my order wasn’t urgent.
Lavish Alice is now suing me via Control Account PLC and FedEx Express.

It was a problem with the company that delivered the order. Today I was receiving the dress and is amazing. I didn’t expected to look so good and the size is perfect.

Amanda from the customer care team went above and beyond to ensure I received my dress 2 days later across the water in Ireland. Unfortunately I ordered a size too small and got onto Amanda in a panic, 3 days left until my best friends wedding. Once again she went above and beyond for me shipped the size needed, gave me a code for free returns and is refunding me faster than usual due to what happened.
I will 100% be coming back here everytime I need a dress. The customer service is 100% the best I have ever received. Amanda you deserve a raise!! The dress quality is amazing.
