“I wish I knew how awful the customer experience would be before I spent so much time, energy, money and stress dealing with Lavish Alice. I ordered a dress for my cousin’s wedding, right as I clicked submit I realized I had accidentally selected the wrong size. They don’t have a contact number to reach out to- only email. So although I sent the email right away, by the time (2 business days) they responded, it was obviously too late as the order had processed. I tried the dress on and headed to Canada post to return it the very next day. $72 for shipping to return!!! If I wanted without a tracking number, $40. Which is already a lot so I opted for that.
I emailed them to let them know I was returning the product, I was told that if the product doesn’t come within 14 days, I’m not eligible for the refund. I can’t control how quickly it gets there? But I kept getting the same response that it was policy, etc. I emailed 3 more times to follow up and was finally given the option for a refund or exchange. At this point (a month later) my cousin’s wedding has passed and so I opted for a return thinking “finally, I won’t have to deal with them anymore” and then I get refunded but not the full amount of the dress. The dress was $350 and I only got $280 back. I AGAIN emailed to let them know of this discrepancy, it was been a week and no response. I’m so disappointed, I will definitely not be shopping here again and I seriously wouldn’t wish this awful process on anyone else.”
“I had a problem where my dresses were refused from a collection point and returned to sender. The dress I had ordered was out of stock and had just been taken off the website so I was lucky to even get hold of it in the first place. Amanda managed to organise the parcel to be resent out to me once returned to Lavish Alice with the same dresses. Customer service was amazing and I can't thank them enough for sorting this out!”

Due to customs and the postage exchange, my order took awhile to reach Lavish Alice but when i contacted them, they were happy to post out the order however, my size was now out of stock. Amanda tracked down my size in another returns order and had it arranged to be posted asap. Would recommend this caring service.”
