“Lavender were fab! We had several buildings to clear out in one day, thier teams were punctual and worked like troopers. We managed to get everything cleared and all tidy in the day. Very impressed and I would throughly recommend these guys for all clearances.”

“We couldn't be more pleased with the service provided. Chris Whiting managed all the arrangements and was very helpful. Nelson and his team turned up promptly and efficiently cleared a 3 bedroom house. They were all friendly and polite, they tidied up after themselves. I would certainly recommend them.”

“I would like to express my thanks for the very professional & friendly service I received from Lavender Clearances, particularly Chris Whiting. It took the stress out of the house clearance as it was filled with 50 years of "things" collected by the in-laws & Chris made it very easy. Once appointed he did everything & the property, outbuildings & garden were left exactly as he said it would be, empty, clean & ready for the new purchasers to move in. I have no hesitation in recommending Lavender Clearances. Richard (Wallington)”

“When Lavender Clearances first came to give me a quote for my clearance they immediately gave me confidence that they were capable of clearing everything I requested, without damage to my property. They had experience and a plan. My confidence was not misplaced. We touched base several times by email/phone between initial quote and clearance day. On clearance day itself the team turned up on time and methodically and calmly emptied the house? Everything went smoothly and Lavender took a lot of pressure off my shoulders at a stressful time.”

“Moving house I did not really want to clear unwanted items. But I had to. The team were so good very calm and, worked well together. Although there was a good deal to clear, they worked very hard but, without me feeling that it was all very difficult. It all went so much better than I could have expected. I thank them all very much.”

“Very helpful from start to finish, apt on time to give estimate and very thorough job done on a rather messy elderly person's flat on the agreed date. I did not have to be there, just checked on completion. Highly recommend”

“A really excellent service, punctual, helpful, even brushed out the basement cellars they were clearing. However the price to my mind was very high and I will therefore be wary of asking for further work. This is a pity.”

“Very impressed. The crew arrived any exactly the appointed time. They were, polite & cheerful, everything was taken away as instructed. They did not leave a mess & we're very efficient. The whole clearance took an hour & a half. Very impressive. I would have no problems whatsoever to recommend Lavenmder Clearances.”
